IW'sD: Comrade Nasir Adocates Women Inclusion In Governance
A Kogi born public opinion moulder and social crusader, Comrade A. M. Nasir has called on government at all level to prioritize the United Nations thirty five percent women affirmative action.
The comrade made the advocarion as part of his reaction to the 2018 international women's day stressing that Nigeria has come of the age to engage women in active positions.
"As a matter of fact, it is not good enough for women to be flaunting posters about with the intent of getting settled. Nigeria has come of age and government must at all level endeavor to fulfill the United Nations thirty five percent women affirmative action by appointing women into key political positions" He said.
He further congratulated the Nigerian women and their world counterparts urging them not to ever renege the virtues of motherhood describing it as the only and true essence of women regards.
