Rabiu Alfa Decries Herdsmen Attack, Calls For Emergency Commission Of Inquiry

The member representing Ankpa 2 constituency at the Kogi state house of assembly, Hon Alhaji Alfa Momoh Rabiu has decried the unfortunate incident of herdsmen launching attacks on some communities in Omala and Dekina local government areas of the state.
The lawmaker who also expressed his condolences to the families of the undesiring victims described the incidence as alien to the people of the state while charging the state government and security agencies to set up emergency commission of inquiries.
While speaking further, he noted that such attacks are capable of brewing the seed of disharmony which shall arise from suspicious name callings and accusations if the perpetrators are not brought to book. Hence, the need for speedy action by the relevant authorities.
It will be recalled that the news of herdsmen attacks in Kogi state surfaced on many online platforms and print media early last week and got to it's toll with reports of multiple attacks in some communities of Dekina local government area of the state.
