One of the illustrations daughter of the town is being honoured, a grand reception was organised by the people of Edati Local Government to celebrate the re-appointment of Hajiya Ramatu Yaradua as Commissioner in charge of Transport by Governor Abubakar Sani Bello.
The event was full to the brim ,with respected personalities gracing the event, which include such people like Senator Muhammad Bima,Senator representing, Niger South, Bima is also from Enagi.
Others are her Colleagues, former colleagues, captain of industries and other prominent people from the state and beyond.
Hajiya Ramatu is presently ,Niger State Commissioner for Transport, a position she held in the first tenure of Abubakar Sani Bello government,she was a former of Commerce and investment.
Hajiya Ramatu is easy going ,very religious and she has been described as one of the easily accessible political leaders in the state .
