Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency Honours Dr. Mustapha

Niger State honorable Commissioner of Commerce, Investment and Industry, Dr. Mustapha Jibril who was the immediate past Commissioner of health was honoured with an "Award of Excellence" by Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency during their Annual General Meeting & Award Ceremony at Idris Ledgbo Kutigi International Conference Centre Minna. 

Dr. Junaidu who was the Chairman Organizing Committee said the Agency recognized Dr. Mustapha's contribution towards ensuring effective, Efficient, and Sustainable Primary Health Care Services across the 25 Local government while he was Commissioner of health. 

"The Agency moved from 6th position to 2nd position in the country during his stewardship" he added. 

His Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Niger State who was ably represented by Secretary to the State government, Alh. Ibrahim Matane appreciated the Agency for recognizing hardwork and dedication to Service. 

He therefore urged the recipients to continue to uphold the core values of the Agency. 

First Lady of Niger State, Dr. Amina Abubakar Sani who was also represented by the Honorable Commissioner of Women Affairs extended Her Excellency congratulatory message to the Awardees and appreciated the Staffs of the Agency for their tireless effort towards achieving the vision and mission of the Agency. 

The Commissioner for Commerce, Investment and Industry, Dr. Mustpaha Jibril thanked the Organizers for finding him worthy of this award and promised his continue support and advice towards the progress and development of the Agency. 

He also thanked His Excellency, Alh.(Dr.) Abubakar Sani Bello for providing enabling environment to achieved sucess while he was heading Ministry of Health.

Salamatu T Abubakar), Representative of Etsu Nupe( Mayaki Nupe), Representative of Emir of Kagara ( Galadiman Kagara), Other Permanent Secretaries, Special Advisers, Hon. El-Zuruku(Chairman Publicity Committee) and Directors.
