PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
This is to inform the general public that Minna-Bida will be closed for heavy-duty vehicles to allow major maintenance on the road.
The official date is today 1st Nov. 2019 but full implementation starts Monday because speed bumps will be constructed 300 meters away from the barricade to avoid accidents.
